"libmozjs-24.so" is saved as "libmozjs-.so"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install abs and sync
2. Copy the files from js
3. Run makepkg
4. Install package
5. Run ls /usr/lib/libmozjs-*

Just built in a clean chroot for x86_64, the library is indeed named differently. More than that, headers are in /usr/include/mozjs-/, and the pkgconfig file is mozjs-.pc

Fallout from perl 5.22. mozjs-24.2.0/js/src/config/milestone.pl is broken:

Can't use 'defined(@array)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at config/milestone.pl line 59.

Even the js17 package is broken. This means you can't build aur/lib32-pam (because it needs lib32-js17) and anything depending on it.
