Description:
When clutter-gst and clutter-gst2 are both installed, applications wanting to use the GStreamer elements provided by clutter-gst2 fail to run properly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install both clutter-gst and clutter-gst2.
2. Clear the GStreamer plugin registry by removing ~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0.
3. Start cheese. A message saying "One or more needed GStreamer elements are missing: cluttervideosink" should appear.

Additional comments about closing:  Plugin has been deleted from clutter-gst. Upstream confirms it's only used for testing.
