Details

Description: /boot/loader/entries/arch.conf has a typo

options root-/dev/sda2 rw

should be

options root=/dev/sda2 rw


Steps to reproduce:

Install systemd-boot, use default arch.conf entry, drops to rootfs on boot with "Unable to find root device" message.

I just renamed my loader dir and reinstalled sytemd-boot. I ended up with no arch.conf at all, so that's it's own issue. Still no idea where you're getting the faulty arch.conf.

I've never even touched arch.conf in my life, so I'm not sure either where it came from, but fact is there was a typo for some reason.

Unless you can tell us where the file came from, we have no idea where the bug is, if there is one.
