git should optionally depend on perl-cgi for gitweb. Else lighttpd produces the following error:

Can't locate in @INC (you may need to install the CGI module) (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/share/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/core_perl /usr/share/perl5/core_perl .) at /usr/share/gitweb/gitweb.cgi line 13.

I can confirm this. Lost some time trying to figure out why an error 500 was occurring...
