Description:
Package "lxqt-config" installs several GUI system configuration tools, including tool "lxqt-config-monitor." Without first installing package "xorg-xrandr," lxqt-config-monitor is unable to access any monitor configuration options, and is therefore useless. xorg-xrandr should be listed as a dependency.

Package version:
lxqt-config 0.9.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. From base Arch Linux system, install package group "lxqt" and all called dependencies.
2. Open lxqt-config-monitor. Notice that no configurations options are available.
3. Install xorg-xrandr, then close and repon lxqt-config-montior. Notice that confifguration options are now available.
