firewalld has a hard dependency on gtk3 when gtk3 is only necessary for firewall-applet/firewall-config, and not the command-line or dbus interfaces. Please make gtk3 an optional dependency so that firewalld may be used on, e.g., headless systems with no need for a GUI. Additional info: * firewalld-0.3.13-2 Steps to reproduce: * Attempt to install firewalld on a box without a GUI. * Gawk at the horde of dependencies that gtk3 pulls in with no need for them. * Cancel the installation and complain to whoever will listen. |
