Description:
It would be nice to have tmpfiles support in memcached, so that users that wish to use socket don't have to setup the needed stuff themself.

Additional info:
memcached-1.4.24-1

Install a file into /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d with the following line in it:
d /run/memcached 0775 memcached memcached -
