the kdeadmin package contains three parts knetworkconf, ksysv and kpackage that are incompatible with archlinux. The other parts are:
1. kuser ( will function properly if the value of 'First normal UID' and 'First normal GID' in kuser settings are changed from 500 to 1000.
2. Kcron will function properly.

I would suggest to disable knetworkconf, ksysv and kpackage in kdeadmin or split kdeadmin into several packages.

Note. I just checked out kdeadmin source from kdesvn from 3.5 branch and compiled and installed in /opt/kde and can confirm that this is still a problem in 3.5.x svn.
Another note is that knetworkconf is a dangerous program as it's misuse can break network settings.

I use kpackage (rpm, deb pkg support), kuser and kcron almost regularly.. so please do not remove it.

knetworksupport depends on system-tools-backend right ?
i have ported most of it, but the networkpart still needs a hell lot of work and i am a little low on time for the next 2 months...
