DetailsThe PHP package should include the SOAP extension by adding the --enable-soap=shared configure-flag.
As the package already depends on libxml2, no new dependencies will be introduced. And because it is compiled as an extension it won't actually be used by PHP until it is enabled in php.ini. |

I agree. It would be nice to have this extension included.
