The urls to view the PKGBUILD and the changes don't support some characters in the package name.

Example:
https://aur4.archlinux.org/packages/otr-verwaltung++/

The repository is selected with ?h=otr-verwaltung++, so the plus signs should be encoded.

Bugfix:
add urlencode to in the web/template/pkg_details.php, line 85, 86

'/tree/PKGBUILD?h=' . urlencode($row['BaseName'])
'/log/?h=' . urlencode($row['BaseName'])
