I mean, the rc symlink is less important than including rc in provides.

Actually, this was a stupid idea by me. Since plan9 is already
in the provides array of plan 9 packages it would be ugly to
also add rc, and removing plan9 could cause problems.

Why would it be ugly to add both? I think it would be rather pointless, but hardly ugly.
