When trying to build this error occures

/usr/i686-w64-mingw32/include/shlobj.h:37:3: error: 'EXTERN_C' does not name a type
SHFOLDERAPI SHGetFolderPathW (HWND hwnd, int csidl, HANDLE hToken, DWORD dwFlags, LPWSTR pszPath);

http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/mingw-headers.git/tree/commit-6c56d0b I belive would fix this. I didn't test it.

Have you asked about this upstream? Arch doesn't generally apply patches that haven't been applied upstream except in extreme cases.
