lib32-nvidia-libgl is totally needed, or steam won't appear (it turns into a background process you cannot exit from). Even if you have lib32-mesa-libgl, it is not enough, you may uninstall mesa libs and put nvidia ones. The log output is: $ steam Running Steam on arch rolling 64-bit STEAM_RUNTIME is enabled automatically Installing breakpad exception handler for appid(steam)/version(0) libGL error: unable to load driver: swrast_dri.so libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast I would propose putting lib32-nvidia-libgl as a dependency, but I don't know how to handle the fact that nvidia can be in several versions. |
