Description:
I opened irssi within a konsole terminal and I found the text being cut off at the ends of lines. I have attached a screenshot for that.

Additional info:
>konsole -v
old config "/root/.kde4/share/config/konsolerc" was migrated to "/root/.config/konsolerc"
Qt: 5.4.1
KDE Frameworks: 5.10.0

Does it happen on a clean config? How about in another terminal emulator using the same font?

The problem is not with irssi only I guess. I am attaching a screenshot of a mysql session that is having the same problem.

I tried urxvt. It works fine with the default font.
