Description:
It seems that community/wireshark-qt is linked with incorrect (old) version of libgnutls which doesn't exist in the repos anymore:
wireshark-qt: error while loading shared libraries: libgnutls.so.28: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Additional info:
* package version: wireshark-qt-1.12.5-2

Nope. wireshark-qt is not linked to libgnutls at all. The means that wireshare-qt is linked to something else that is then linked to libgnutls. Most likely this is the result of a partial upgrade (unsupported) or an AUR (unsupported) package that needs rebuilt. If you're not sure what it is, lddtree from pax-utils can help.
