Nope. wireshark-qt is not linked to libgnutls at all. The means that wireshare-qt is linked to something else that is then linked to libgnutls. Most likely this is the result of a partial upgrade (unsupported) or an AUR (unsupported) package that needs rebuilt. If you're not sure what it is, lddtree from pax-utils can help.
