Description:

Pure Qt4 applications rely on the presence of the kde4 gui_platform plugin to get the correct style/color set for KDE4. This plugin is in kdebase-workspace, so it can't be installed in Plasma 5. In the absence of this plugin, Qt4 relies on its own heuristics, which are not very good. In particular, in Plasma 5 it only looks for settings in ~/.kde, not in ~/.kde4. The attached patch fixed this so that KDE settings are correctly applied to Qt4 apps in Plasma 5.
