Description:
OCaml can be built with $CFLAGS declared by makepkg, as the Makefile mistakenly takes $CPPFLAGS as $CFLAGS, if a declaration of CPPFLAGS="${CPPFLAGS} ${CFLAGS}" can be added, OCaml can be built as so.

AFAIK CFLAGS can be customized only in {byterun,asmrun}/Makefile

Where did you find the use of CPPFLAGS?

My bad, it is not necessarily $CPPFLAGS. However it may need to be passed again to make sure OCaml is built with such flags?

If it is not the case for Arch Linux, please close this issue.
