Details

Description:
QtCreator in QML design mode displays black areas instead of user interface. The ui becomes unresponsive, then it crashes.

Additional info:
Qt Creator 3.4.0 based on Qt 5.4.1
Bumblebee laptop, it happens on both Nvidia and Intel
When run from console, it displays following message:
QQuickWidget cannot be used as a native child widget. Consider setting Qt::AA_DontCreateNativeWidgetSiblings

Here is some upstream mention about similiar error, but nothing within qtcreator itself.

It's probably a Qt/GCC 5.1 thing. Not sure what to do here. Is there a patch?

The linked bug report suggests, that the issue is closed, but I don't have much experience in verifying such things :(
