We've been hosting a mirror at the UC Berkeley campus for about a year now, but never registered it. Here are the details:

osuosl.org is not a tier 1 mirror, they are actually untiered. Please make sure that the "Tier" column of this table [1] says "Tier 1" and select one of those.
