Description:

The module initialization fails with a stacktrace. All programs using the library are broken.


Additional info:
* package version(s): lua-zlib 1:0.4-3, lua 5.3.0-2
* a similar lua-5.3 issue has previously been reported as #44999.


Steps to reproduce:

- Consider the following Lua script:

local zlib = require 'zlib'

- The program fails with the following stacktrace:
