KRDC from kdenetwork-krdc 15.04.1-1 package fails to load vnc plugin on Plasma 5

Additional info:

I did a fresh install of arch with plasma 5 and krdc fails to load now.

Log:
$ krdc
krdc(2256): KPluginFactory could not load the plugin: "krdc_vncplugin"
tp-qt 0.9.6 DEBUG: Register StreamTubeClient with name "krdc_rfb_handler"

This bug has also been mentioned 3 months ago by an archx86_64 user on the kde bug reports and his last reply was a month ago saying he still hasnt solved it.Since no other distro has this it maybe something arch related.Im not that savy to know.

Steps to reproduce:
1.open fresh install of krdc with plasma 5 , even after reseting it.
2.VNC isnt loaded and cant be selected even after enabling it from settings
