Details

Description: Backlight brightness resets to MAX if system was suspended with zero brightness.

HW:
Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller

Steps to reproduce:
1) `xbacklight = 0`
2) `systemctl suspend` (or close laptop lid)
3) resume from suspend
