DISCLAIMER: I'm one of youtube-dl collaborators.

Description:
youtube-dl uses atomicparsley in AUR for embedding thumbnails into m4a audios. See https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/blob/372744c544ec3de1b35583e7d6fc2cbc4cc39f3a/youtube_dl/postprocessor/embedthumbnail.py#L52-53. It would be great if atomicparsley is listed in youtube-dl's optdepends. Now the question is: can official packages optionally depend on AUR packages? Or maybe moving atomicparsley to [community] is an option. The packages has 50 votes, which I think is popular enough.
