Description:
Toggle display secret keys does not work.

gnupg-2.1.3-3


Steps to reproduce:
$ gpg --edit-key [your key id]
gpg> toggle


What should happen:
You should now see a listing of the secret key and the secret parts of its subkey.


What actually happens:
You still see the public keys as if you hadn't used the toggle command.
