Description:

Some of the ffmpeg build flags (as reported by ffmpeg -version) apparently have no effect.

I talked with Carl (cehoyos). I'm going to drop useless flags in trunk. The --disable-debug and
--disable-stripping flags are used to let makepkg control whether files are stripped and debug symbols kept.
