Nope. Chromium is not linked directly to gnutls at all. This means that it is linked to something else which is then linked to gnutls, and this other package is your problem. Most likely it is something that is out of date on your system from either a partial update (unsupported) or an AUR package that needs rebuilt (your responsibility). If you're not sure what it is, lddtree from pax-utils can help.
