Description: `/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc` loads all files from `/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d`

I thought it might be nice to have something like `~/.config/xinitrc.d` added to that for local user files.

Example: Uses has a custom keyboard layout, wants to change the mouse speed. Things like that.

We already have ~/.xinitrc

I don't see the disadvantage of a modular directory in for example ~/.config/...

We'll stay plain upstream way. Also etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc is under backup control. So you can
modify this to your need and add what you want.
