Details

Description: This is most likely an upstream problem in the vanilla Linux kernel 4.0.1, because custom-compiled kernels from the vanilla 4.0.1 tree do not boot on this architecture either. Kernel freeezes very early on during the boot process, without producing any console output.

Additional info:
* package version(s): core/linux 4.0.1-1

Hardware spec: Intel Xeon E5-1630v3 CPU; "lspci" output is attached

To reproduce, need access to similar hardware.

You have to come up with more information than this. You also might want to place this upstream, as we're not the ones who are going to fix it.
