Description:
Node on Arch Linux does not support internationalization features of JavaScript.
I somewhat consider this bug since the upstream project now seems to include at
least English locales in their release builds.
https://github.com/joyent/node/wiki/Intl
https://github.com/joyent/node/issues/9099

I have attached a PKGBUILD below that fixed the problem for me.

Additional info:
nodejs 0.12.2-3

Steps to reproduce:
Try to use locale features of JavaScript, such as Date.toLocaleDateString() or String.localeCompare().
Node will silently fail to produce the standard ECMA-402 output.
