Now lirc and mpg123 not used by mpv player 0.9.0. I start ./waf configure --prefix=/usr in mpv source directory. It's not use lirc and mpg123 in listing. Need to remove lirc and mpg123 in mpv PKGBUILD and recompile it. Some changes:
The internal libmpg123 support was removed. This was already not used by default in the previous release.
The LIRC support was removed. Configure LIRC remotes as input devices instead.
The Linux Joystick support was removed
