I would like the package for greek dictionary, aka aspell-el, to enter the official repositories again as it is important for my studies and work, please.

Looks like these are all separate packages, so it's not a feature request or bug report on an existing package. If you really want it in Community, you'll need to find a TU who is willing to put it there.
