Description:
The dhcpcd manpage mentions being able to use resolvconf (core/openresolv) to handle resolv.conf; this does in fact work. It's not noticeable on a "normal" Arch install because netctl requires openresolv.

Additional info:
* dhcpcd 6.8.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot any Arch system using dhcpcd
2. Kill the dhcpcd daemon
3. Make sure openresolv is installed
4. Start dhcpcd on an interface known to work
5. When finished, look at /etc/resolv.conf - the generator is resolvconf
6. Confirm by removing openresolv and restarting dhcpcd - the generator will now be dhcpcd
