Description:
Syncthing was re-licensed under the MPLv2 a while back, see [1,2]. The current package is still marked GPL.

The guys from ind.ie pushed for GPL over MIT. Pulse has been forked since then and syncthing went back to a more permissive license. All the re-licensing should be done now.
