DetailsMutter 3.16.1.1-1 crash as soon as gnome logs in (using automatic login in gdm).
3.16.1-2 works fine. 3.16.1-1 crashed in a similar way, which was fixed on 3.16.1-2. Perhaps the same should be applied to 3.16.1.1-1. |
This task depends upon
Problem is, system is pretty much unusable with 3.16.1.1, see this video (wait for the 24 seconds mark):

* EDIT *
Happens on 3.16.1-2 as well... will try some more.
Wayland is barely usable (a lot of strange things are happening like popovers always on the top left part of the screen, gnome terminal not launching from nautilus because "there is no display", double-click aren't working, etc) but at least it does launch.
I noticed that the Nouveau driver was crashing (see attachement). This might be unrelated though but this might also be a bug in Nouveau...
3.16.1-2 last working version for me.
Unfortunately, yes, still crashing.
Back to 3.16.1-2
Not sure which recent update fixed the issue, but current [testing] based updated system works fine.
Using latest mutter 3.16.3-1 and no crash on login.
