Description:
Breeze-dark is missing all icons that are the same between this and the regular version.

Example:
- the 48x48 filetype icons are the same for breeze and breeze dark, setting theme to breeze-dark makes the filetype icons fall back to hicolor.
- the 16x16 icons differ between breeze and breeze-dark, breeze dark having whitegrey-ish outlines instead of black outlines. Those are visible with theme set to breeze-dark.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 5.2.95-1 [kde-unstable]

Steps to reproduce:
- set theme to breeze-dark
- launch dolphin
- filetype icons use the hicolor theme instead of breeze

It's not an upstream bug, but a packaging bug according to the theme creators:

I suppose they mean the packagers from KDE. The breeze package provided by KDE installs the icons in the breeze (lowercase) folder. We don't change anything.

Oh, and the workaround worked, thanks.
