DetailsMany cipher specs include a ":" and are thus not representable in the "crypto=" (and possibly other) kernel arguments. eg the default cipher spec is "aes-cbc-essiv:sha256", which you cannot specify in the crypto= parameter.

Should be possible to escape the colon...
