Description:
I see no option in seahorse to create or manage PGP-Keys.

Additional info:
* package version: seahorse 3.15.92-1, gnupg 2.1.2-3
* log produced with "journalctl | grep seahorse"


Steps to reproduce:
1. open seahorse
2. "File" -> "New ..."
3. look for the PGP Option.

GnuPG 2.1 is not supported by seahorse.
