Description:

Trying to start totem when running gnome-shell under wayland leads to totem segfaulting.

Additional info:
* totem 3.16.0-1
* gnome-shell 3.16.0-2
* xorg-server-xwayland 1.17.1-4

Steps to reproduce:

1. start gdm
2. login picking gnome under wayland
3. start gnome-terminal
4. run "totem" command

I've attached a backtrace. I'm not convinced it's that useful because the debug symbols are missing

I can confirm this issue.

Totem should be working in the on wayland but only in master :

Can someone build the totem master branch and see if the problem still exist ?

Is this still an issue with recent versions of cogl?
