Description: Please provide an "environment file" for configuring docker daemon flags without editing the systemd unit directly.

Referring to https://docs.docker.com/articles/systemd/ it seems that adding an EnvironmentFile entry in the systemd unit is a reasonable way to let users configure custom command line options for docker (like for example the overlayfs storage engine, which should be available in most Arch installations by now).

Additional info:
* package version(s) 1.5
* config and/or log files etc.
