DetailsDescription:
Tried archlinux-2014.11.01-dual.iso, archlinux-2015.04.01-dual.iso and antergos-2014.08.07-x86_64.iso, with none of these I can type stuff into the prompt. Antergos does not launch a GUI (unrelated to this bug), that's why I get a prompt there too. See video. I am not facing this bug on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and some Kubuntu-plasma iso I had lying around (Sorry, can't be more precise) I am not able to get any logs or execute any commands as I can't enter anything. I can type stuff in as expected if I choose to use a Generation 1-VM. Steps to reproduce: Create a new Generation 2-VM with Hyper-V Boot from the archlinux iso Root prompt shows up but no keystrokes get detected |
This task depends upon
2015-04-06_22-28-44.mp4
None of these printed out any characters.
I do not know anything about kernel modules, sorry. I have not modified any of the iso's.
