Description:
It's impossible open an image file with cinepaint after install.

You can see this

(cinepaint:1298): Gtk-WARNING **: A floating object was finalized. This means that someone
called g_object_unref() on an object that had only a floating
reference; the initial floating reference is not owned by anyone
and must be removed with g_object_ref_sink().
Searching plug-ins in path: /home/diego/.cinepaint/plug-ins/:/usr/lib/cinepaint/1.3.0/plug-ins
plugin count = 0

And wen you try to open a image file you get this;

Error: Unable to set sensitivity for menu which doesn't exist:
<Toolbox>/Fichero/Open/Fichero
