Description:
No imap library. I think you forgot to compile hhvm with cclient.

Additional info:

$ hhvm --version
HipHop VM 3.6.1 (rel)
Compiler: 1427447260_474086970
Repo schema: 479647c3ad87f2e920ac085aa1424e2b8101da45

Steps to reproduce:

1. call imap_open() in your script
2. get "Fatal error: Call to undefined function imap_open()" in error log.

There's no c-client in arch.
I opened bug  FS#38182  more than a year ago to remedy this situation but didn't even get a reply.

hhvm-3.7.0-4 links to the new c-client package and enables the IMAP extension
