Hello,

since the shut down of archlinux.de, some months ago, it looks like that this mirror was out of order. Because archlinux.de was redirected to tu-chemnitz.de. And tu-chemnitz, being a big-mirror for different stuff had a different folder structure than the one that was used on ftp.archlinux.de.

The new mirror is this one:
ftp://ftp.archlinux.de/pub/linux/sunsite.unc-mirror/distributions/archlinux

But then again, it's just th-chemnitz.de under a different name.
