Description: When attempting to access a site signed using the Google Internet Authority G2 certificate (and possibly others), curl throws an "unable to get local issuer certificate" error. The problem was introduced in ca-certificates-mozilla 3.18; it is not present in 3.17.4.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Upgrade to ca-certificates-mozilla 3.18-1 from [testing]
2. Run "curl -L https://google.com/"
3. Observe SSL error

Expected result: site is fetched without error
