h5py needs to be rebuilt for python-3.4.3-2.

Steps to reproduce:

import h5py

ImportError: /usr/lib/python3.4/site-packages/h5py/_errors.cpython-34m.so: undefined symbol: AnnotateIgnoreReadsEnd

I am getting similar errors for other python packages as well, including:

* python-pandas
* python-scikit-learn
* python-statsmodels
* python-pytables
* ...probably others
