Description:
If I'm not mistaken, this only needs to depend on libsystemd.

I have used this in docker containers and it would have been a tiny bit nicer not to have to pull in all of systemd and its dependencies.

It used to be the same package and nobody thought to update the procps-ng dependency when libsystemd got split up. Thanks for noticing!
