Please consider applying this patch to xfce4-session, which enables light-locker support in xflock4:

There is an open bug about this upstream: (also see duplicate bugs), but it doesn't look like it will be resolved soon. In the mean time this patch could really help light-locker users.

Arch rarely backport features, and almost never if they haven't been accepted upstream. This one is pretty simple, though.
