This script does not belong in /etc, see the FHS and this debian bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=710815
http://www.smartmontools.org/changeset/3932

--with-smartdscriptdir option needs to be added to configure

--with-smartdplugindir might need to be added too so that plugin scripts can have a better location
