Details

Description:
On all Baytrail devices, Powertop aborts during initialization with error: read_msr cpu0 0x3fe : Input/output error.
As Baytrail does not have core C7 MSR to read so powertop faiils to run.

This patch fixes it. But our current build does not includes it :
